Haven't Received A Verificiation Email?

We've identified a bug with the website's new account creation system where it'll sometimes fail to send a verification message if it encounters a problem or the mail server fails to respond. It only tries once, so if that fails to reach you you'll never know.

If you created a new account on the Actium website but have not received a verification email, please throw an email to general@actiumgaming.com from the address you used to register here and include your Actium website username in the message, and we'll verify your account manually.

In the meantime, we are working to correct the issue and also to provide a mechanism for triggering a resend of the verification message in case you didn't receive one. Stay tuned for updates!
