Actium Guild/Clan Rules
The following are our "universal" rules for all Actium servers and services, as well as a code of
conduct we expect of our community and any associated or affiliated game guilds or clans.

Actium requires a modicum of adult civility. The litmus test for this principle is this: if saying
something to a person in their living room would get you thrown out (or worse), it's not acceptable
to say on our servers or in our forum. Please note, though, that this principle does not necessarily
apply on public servers operated by associated or affiliated guilds or clans.

Actium does not condone or permit discrimination, hatred, or violations of law. This includes
"hate speech" such as the use of overtly racist speech, or the posting of illegal material such as
pirated software. We do not allow posts or discussions of a hateful or illegal nature to take place
on our servers or in our forum, nor do we allow Actium guild/clan members to perform such discussions
in other games. Guilds and clans seeking affiliation with Actium must also take steps to ensure this
same standard of conduct within their membership.

Actium believes firmly in the ideal that gaming should be fun. Acts intended to harm another member
or harm their ability to enjoy any particular game are forbidden. This includes griefing in its various
forms, corpse/spawn camping in MMOs, RMT, and other actions that are considered harmful or annoying to
the extreme by average members. Again, guilds and clans seeking affiliation with Actium must take
steps to ensure this same standard of conduct within their membership. This could best be summed up as
"we don't want trolls and douchebags here."
