The use of Actium servers and services is subject to the following terms of use:

• We require a modicum of adult civility on our game servers, voice-chat servers, and the services we provide for Actium community members. Please keep profanity to a minimum. Hate speech will not be tolerated, nor will discussions that could constitute a legal liability to the community or Actium's operators.

• Usage of Actium servers and services is subject to our Guild/Clan Rules. Actium staff, administrators, and moderators have full authority to police Actium servers and services and enforce these rules.

• Advertising is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising rival guilds or clans. Discussing a guild or clan is acceptable, but actively seeking members for another guild or clan is not.

• Usage implies consent to use your in-game likeness and any submissions or creations in any way Actium sees fit. You are granting Actium a permanent, non-revocable license to use any creative works submitted, built, or posted on any Actium server or service, in any way Actium sees fit. Such submissions and creations may be displayed, altered, moved, stored, archived, imaged, or destroyed at Actium's discretion.
